So far it seems the lowest amount of WP is 10?
I throw em at level 1s and still get 10, or at least that's what the message says.
Heh, I wanna see an animated foreground item: a water balloon incoming to the avatar, having it break open, and a big water splash that gets the avatar and entire front of the image before draining/fading away.

An animated item like that sounds so cute.
It would take a lot of work for both Firn and Starkad to introduce animated items, though.
At least .. I imagine it would.

i've not hugged anyone by accident, but i have hugged a lot of you on purpose!
(which is good. i have terrible aim with water balloons.)

So do I, unless they're level 1. Then I only miss about half the time.
It could be a surprise prize for the top 30, lol. Do the balloon up in the event's theme colors and each year it gets run change the balloon color accordingly.
