Kamisama Hajimemashita needs a third season.
Shakugan no Shana needed a third season, but they just got one~ I can't wait to see it! 
I wish the Ranma 1/2 manga was longer, as well.

I think I heard this anime might be getting a second season, but I haven't seen any official news on it. but the anime is called Flying Witch. (or even just coming out with a manga in english would be enough for me, loved the first season so much and it almost seemed cut short)

I'd also love to see another series of Attack on Titan and Seikoku no Dragonar too
