Since my user name ends with "Pi" I started ending all my knuffels names with "Pi". Also my username has "iki" for Miki so I just take out the "iki" in my name and use that as part of my knuffels names as well. As for my wild knuffel they don't have to have the "iki" part just the "Pi" at the end.

Wow so many people just pick randomly... And have such good names!

I doubt I'll be able to do that though I need some significance to my names. I think I may just use one of the baby name sites if I get desperate. There are hundreds of names and meanings so I'm bound to find ones I like.

I only really name the regular knuffles.

I give the wild knuffles the names that they came with.

I name knuffels according to their element and what they look like. I am picky about the name I give to my knuffel. It must sound and look nice. It seem to work out so far.

I know my cousin is doing Flowers for the normal ones and colours for her wild ones but she is not everyone.

So how do you pick names for your Knuffel and why would you pick them? How did you decide how to name your Knuffel?

Lies! I named one Violet after villain in our Finding a Goddess RP series and another after Pansy Parkinson in Harry Potter and the Wild Knuffel Jade because it's got green hair. My names will continue to be random until I work out a system.

I just pick cute or unique names that match what the Knuffel looks like. I'm actually really bad at naming things because I'm so picky about names haha.

I usually think about what the knuffel makes me think of such as what kind of animal, elements, colors, feelings, etc. Then, I look up names that mean those things in other languages.
Viola, cool looking name from something simple.

My names are completely random. I probably found most of them stalking baby name sites for way longer than I should. I like shorter names for some reason :P

I start by looking at the element, and then looking at the knuffel. I see if a word consuring the two pops in to my head.
From there I go to a translator site, and look up the word in different languages. Until I find one I like for them.
