Does that mean this Quest will eventually be removed...since this isn't a regular NPC?


1.How would you know it's not a regular NPC?

2. It does not say that quests will be removed if they aren't from "regular NPCs", but that they will be removed if they aren't "regular" NPC Quests, which would mean Event quests which would be announced as such.
