Yeah which is why if I don’t know know what my mom put in the tea ie I wasn’t there to see what she used, I ask her what’s in the tea. XD

Really? I only use tea bags if I’m lazy. I usually drink loose leaf teas. It’s not that hard lol.

My mom wasn't a tea person unless it was premade iced tea.. =/
So I have no clue how to use loose leaf tea. x'D

iced tea is ick tbh. xD;; might as well be just sugar water. xD;;
uh. just put a spoonful into a tea strainer, wash the tea leaves a little, then brew? brew it for maybe 2-3 mins, then take out the strainer and you got tea. xD;; longer than that, your tea might get bitter.

no? just hot water. i use either a tea strainer (if i'm just making tea for myself) or a teapot (if we're brewing tea for more than one person). for a tea strainer, i'll use less tea leaves, maybe just a teaspooon or teaspoon and a half. for a teapot, it might need more tea leaves.
but really its just pouring hot water onto the leaves. no stovetop, no nothing, just the same as you would do with a teabag, only teabags taste a bit more...bland. and really, after one cup, teabags get tasteless. with a tea strainer or teapot, you can brew it a few more times. just don't steep the tea for too long, 2-3 minutes is enough, before you take the tea strainer out (or pour out all the tea from the teapot). brew it for too long and it might get bitter. afterwards, you can just add more hot water to brew another cup.
