I am easily distracted, and my brain will switch to listening to the very thing I want to ignore. >A<

I have to turn any and all sounds off when I make phonecalls because of it. which sucks because music or tv background sounds helps my anxiety >A<

tbh, i think it would be hard to talk on the phone if there's too much background noise. i always get annoyed when i get solicitor calls and i can hear all their background noise. so annoying. lol

that is annoying too. but for me, even if its a fan on low, all my brain zone's in on is the fan sound. >A<

if its quiet enough, i would ignore it, if i'm on the phone. but something like a radio going on in the background while i'm talking on the phone, i couldn't do that. i'd either remove myself to a quieter place or switch off the radio.

cat's start fighting.. i can't hear anything on the phone
car outside makes noise.. i can't hear anything on the phone
fan on low, i can't hear anything on the phone
someone talking somewhere around me, i can't hear anything on the phone..


x-x my brain is weird... i need absolute quiet.. not even a fan on.. i turn EVERYTHING off...

hum...yeah those would be more background noise. its only if there's music or a radio on that i get distracted. xD;;
