Well he was learning how to do this DIY home stuff so he’s much better than us when it comes to stuff like this.

Still hoping it's in his ability to fix.

I also try DIY fixes before calling maint.. hate having people in my apartment >A<

Well I think he was trained to do stuff like this. Plumbing, electrical, that kind of stuff. I think I heard that he had a “master” whom he trained under.

yeah he did all the installation and he also installed this very special viewing box thing (and its so cheatlike lol) that only asians would know about that allows you to watch tv and movies from every part of the world. its ridiculous. xD for that box and buying all the new lighting fixtures AND installing everything, he only asked for 200$. i doubt that all the light fixtures AND the box are only worth that much.

my parents might as well treat him as their son lol. my sister adamantly says they're not dating because she considers him "weird" and she was all like "ewwww no". from what i know, he has a younger sister whom he regularly takes care of (cooking, taking her to school) when his mom isn't around or travelling. and his parents are separated which he doesn't like (alot of the time, he refers to his dad as "my sister's father"). my mom thinks that the reason he doesn't want to eat with us is because our family is "complete" while his is "separated" so i suppose i can understand.

Yeah all those stories I’ve heard, sometimes I feel like we’re two different races or from different planets or something lol. No offence. XD some of the things you’ve said just sound so unbelievable bc my family seems practically normal in comparison.
