That and insomnia hit me hard.. =/
The meds that made me sleep all day, I ran out .. and now I CAN'T SLEEP .. at least not for more than 1-3 hours at a time.. x-x I get about 3-5 hours a day..


My doctor refilled my scripts, and they were delivered today... Not looking forward to them though. =3= gonna end up back to sleeping all day.. bleeeeeh x-x

I'm thinking of having my brother and his wife over for my birthday. He offered to take me out to eat.. not really looking forward to that, but it's better than my apartment. Unless I can do something about my kitchen and make that less.. bleh....


I hate having people over.. but I want to meet my brother and have a photo of us together. I don't have many family photos... and I don't get along with my sisters... but I want to meet my brother.

I already have bad ties with mom's side and my half sisters...
so my brother.. I'm trying to plan it a month in advance so I can get my anxiety under control. >A< The bigger heads up I have, the better I am with my anxiety.

Well you could always start things slow. Like a video chat or something. Just get to know them that way before physically meeting them. Or something.

Yea no.. I don't do video chats unless absolutely necessary..

Just like with a doctor appointment, I just need to plan ahead so I can mentally prepare myself.

Anxiety and mental illness will never make sense to someone who doesn't have them. As its hard to explain, and because it's hard to explain people just brush it off as being lazy and spoiled and tell you to get over it and just do it.

That and I can't get a photo if we don't meet. He had a stroke a few months back, so I want at least one photo of us together. He is 20 some years older than me, in his 50s.

It's just easier for me to take a month to mentally prepare myself, the same way that I do for my doctor appointments, and meet him face to face.. gotta prepare for that hug he's been threatening too.. Mom woulda loved him >-> huggers....

I can't prepare myself for a phone or video call.. They can come in at anytime, randomly and i can't mentally prepare myself.. and even if I do mentally prep for those, my anxiety still skyrockets till it harms me physically.
