It's SO difficult to put together a coherent jester/clown avatar on this site. But your use of colors and combination of items fits so perfectly!
My only suggestion would to be add a lower background item, such as a scrub or flowers, in a color that pops.Perhaps one of the colors in your shirt? It would tie the background and foreground together perfectly!

7/10 there's quite a bit going on but I love the border balance with the kimono.
