It's 100 pastries per 1 person and 2 hours of candy hunting per 1 person. It's not 100 pastries per 1 account and 2 hours of candy hunting per 1 account. You can only do things as if you only had one account. The only things you are allowed to do on your mule is use up the pastries people gave to your mule account, or to use up the vegetable you get by posting with your mule account.
