Barring events like these, only once in a while. I'll change it if I get new items, just to see what I can come up with.

So far, twice: Once to not be naked (which was not a single event, but a process as items accumulated), once for Halloween. A third is planned in order to return to the default avatar. This is laziness, not a belief that the default cannot be improved.
