Ah, but you don't have to move it. You should not even. Base should be in the middle, not full knuffel. Things like tails, horns or wings can be close to the end of image.

The main outfit itself doesn't change too much, just has things added to it as it goes instead of seeming to evolve. Also, between stage two and three there seem to be two/three moderately big changes and then a small one for the face. Though to me it only looks like three in total instead of three, but I count the entire added skirt as one change mind. Maybe make it so that it doesn't have the spots, then gets faint spots and then dark spots? That might help. "mchappy"

Edit:
The hair also stays exactly the same through all the stages, she only gets some hair accessories as she progresses.

that's how i do all my knuffels, and they got accepted.
and firts time the rejection mail said the stages 4 n 4 dont have enough changes, so i aded the skin lightening and some feathers, and a necklace which should add up to 5-7 changes. PLUS the hair accessories look like big chnages to me -shrugs-

anyways, here's a side-to-side picture to see the changes clearly.
and as said before, all my outfits get added stuff to them, layers, laces, beads, shoulder-parts etc.

and 3 changes is a minimum.

IMAGE

1st-2nd stage:Makeup, dress' shoulder part, more dress feathers, "gloves"
2nd-3rd stage:left hair feathers, right face makeup addition, shoes, skirt bottom
3rd-4th stage:left hair beads, wings, dress bottom feathers,
4th5th stage:makeup finish on left side, "owly" significanceon the forehead, not so happy mouth, beads and feathers flipped also to the right + added more feathers, lighter skin, leg decoration, dress beads caught on air (might not count as a change), necklace

1-2: You might want to take away feathers or pattern from first to make change into 2 more visable.
4-5: you mainly add feathers and face changes, but it's a bit like... you copy element from earlier stage and add on second side of knuffel, but nothing else evolves. Yes, I know there is also a chain on leg and necklace, but they're small and not that visable. Skin change is only totally new element for me, grey feather is hardly visable at first sight. You can make 4th stage wings small and evolving into big ones in 5th, just adding something that is totally new evolution and bigger element, visable right away.

ml gave you good advice. She has nice, long hair, but they're the same from the beginning. Making them change and evolve would give more overall variety to stages.

As I have tried to explain with the rejection message, it is the difference between stage 4 and 5 that is the problem.

All I really notice is that you took the stuff/feathers on the left side of her head, and then just flipped it over to the right side. That's the only noticeable big difference and it is just mirroring an item. All the other things are small things that are hardly noticeable at first glance.

Other than the last 2 stages I do not have any problems with the Knuffel.
I think the problem could be easily fixed, by, for example, making her wings smaller in stage 4.

the reason i wanted to keep the hair long from the beginning and to the end was that otherwise it would have been too plain. keeping the hair long will keep the knuffel look simple but not that simple and yet not that crowded. and btw, edited my last post. :)

i also tried to add more to the wings, to show bigger difference but it looked odd and to be honest i don't see much else happening with the knuffel, adding more stuff would make it too busy and taking stuff too plain.
for me that's just exactly perfect the way it is. i know i understand that it's not an evolution if it's only adding stuff etc etc.

EDIT:
yes, but i did that with Karasu, and the result did not seem right. She would look like someone cut her wings if i did that.. Owls have big powerful wings..

Maybe you have not seen my last post after I edited it, so I will try again. I think, instead of adding more stuff to the last stage, you could try altering the 4th stage, like for example instead of making the wings bigger in stage 5, make them smaller in stage 4.
Sometimes, when I am working on a Knuffel and I realize it is too crowded already for any more additions, I simply go back by removing things from previous stages. It works both ways and that's often the easier solution.

i did see Firn, and i also replied ^-^''
i know that making Knuffels crowded is one of my mistakes, but if i took anything off, it would look kind of weird in my vision...

Idk, i might try the wing thing, would "folding" them a bit n making them a bit smaller work? it would seem more natural.
