What happens if you do eat gluten-food?

I am just in AWH of all your knuffles! I can not even imagine how long it took you to gather them AND level them up! Goodness me!

The most obvious reaction is that I sleep. Immediately, and for days. So the people around me can always tell if I ate something contaminated, because I'll be asleep within fifteen minutes.
The more personal ones are nausea/vomiting, bowel problems, and a complete loss of the ability to think coherently.
