I fall asleep after awhile but I wake up over and over all night. So I never get any what do they call it, deep sleep? So I never feel rested. BLEH.

Me too. I need to get a bunch of stuff checked out. I have to go to the dentist cuz my teeth are crap, I need to go to the psychologist because I need mental meds, the regular doctor cuz I have a plethora of shit going on.

I have not heard of the majority of those. lol

You do. It takes about 30 minutes to get into REM sleep. So as long as you're sleeping like an hour at a time you're getting some at least.

I like lots of different stuff.
Country, musicals, opera, rock, oldies. Very little rap.
