I think I might give the concept another shot after I finish my current girl. I might make wilds of all my bettas, since they're all different colours with different personalities.

I don't really have too much experience with mermen. I wonder if KC has any tips for me, LOL.

There are more people who draw Mermen..
And yes, I actually BINNED this version. I could only find him back on Photoucket.
And maybe I will redo his shading. His theme is all about candies.

I'm kind of unsure how to tackle the tail for a betta-merman... Because their tails are huge but it's the fin part that's big, not the actual tail... If that makes sense?
I don't wait it to be disproportionate so I'll probably have to have the tail curl around behind him or something. :S
I'll figure it out later.
