Well, same.
But that doesn't stop me from doing foolish things like staying up late to finish a book.

It should!

But it doesn't.

So... I'm impressed by your self-discipline.

You know what works for you, and you're able to actually follow through with it. Which is an ability I am still working on, so I look up to that and admire it.

(11 more and I can get the ribbon dresses!)

The more I age, the less good I am with late nights XD I just cannot stay awake.
That and I start work at 7 in the mornings so there's that too.

There's another thing which is that I know I tend to gain weight more easily when I don't sleep, that's another motivation to actually go to bed.

Meanwhile I'm a night owl
Seven in the morning? I'm in bed. Hopefully asleep
Seven in the evening? Depending on the day, I'm either at work or putzing around the house

I totally get the night owl thing.
My favorite hours of the day are between midnight and 4am.
No obligations, no people around, everything is quiet and dark.

I am suppose to be waking up every morning at 4:30am to start work, so that I can finish my day early enough to explore my new town in the evenings. But I'm two weeks into this new schedule, and I have yet to manage it. :mcsweat:

I have the exact same thinking, except in reverse. I LOVE waking up at 4 because I'm completely alone in the world and not tired since I just woke up. I can eat breakfast leisurely, drink coffee and look at the sun rising.

That does sound pleasant. :mccute:

But how are you not tired at 4am? :mcomg: Do you have some secret trick to waking up feeling well-rested? I'm basically not human until an hour after I wake up.

I sleep at 10pm XD

I also get tired around noon. So it's not exactly ideal either.
