and I totally stepped on my phone and barely cracked the screen...and now the screen no longer works. =/ supposedly warranty we bought was supposed to replace it for free, apparently not. ugh.

I thought about it, but since we got the insurance on it...because my brother needed a new phone and my mom thought that we could keep the broken one and fix it, but you have to send it back =/
