I've been making slow progress on a bio of Jonas Salk, and doing a reread of the scifi Korval clan series when I get frustrated looking up history timelines.
I also started The Bridge at Remagen but bogged down at the intro so actually does that even count as started? Well, I haven't given up on it, actually, I'm just not really sure I want to read military non-fiction at the moment.

I'm reading Sky Dragons by Anne and Todd McCaffrey. I want to reread more of the Dragonriders of Pern series, but most of my books are still packed from when we moved and our local library only has the series that this is the last of available as ebooks. I suppose I'll have to actually go see what they still have on the shelves.

I haven't finished Dahl's complete short stories yet, but I like to read two books at the same time if one of them is short stories.
So the one I've chosen now is titled Dragal, and it's a fantasy book for YA.

I'm reading an anthology of Irish folk and fairy tales. It's good, but I'm having trouble getting through it.

So I just discovered that Dorothy Parker, of whom I had only heard previously in relation to the Algonquin Round Table, poems, and snarky magazine articles, also wrote short stories.
It's making me pretty curious! I haven't got hold of any yet though. I wonder if her stuff is out of copyright at this point or not? Probably not, copyright seems to last an awfully long time, but she was mostly famous in the flapper-era so perhaps?

I'm into a re-read of the Raksura/Three Worlds series, by Martha Wells. It's definitely my favorite series by that author. I love how elaborate the settings are; both geographically and culturally. Honestly most of the plots I can take or leave and very few of the characters stand out too much but I adore the immersive aspects and how intricate and deep of a fantasy setting she creates. There's such diversity to it, they stand up really well to rereading!

The Princess Curse by Merrie Haskell. It's a quick and easy read, and it's tied for my favorite book, but I have barely been doing any reading lately, so I'll probably be working on it for a while.

I finished my rereads (that always goes so much faster) and have gone back to working on Bridge at Remagen.
It's really slow reading.

I'm still reading the same book because I've been so tired after work I can't stay awake for anything that doesn't require more activity (like typing, for instance).
