Are there certain users that you cannot throw Water Bombs at?
In case it helps, Kit was at Rank 3, and I was at Rank 4.
This is the only user I've had this problem with so far.

You cannot throw waterbombs at users with the same IP (though in this case I don't know why starkad made it so, as this is not type of event where throwing waterbombs at your own mules would do any harm. Maybe it's left-over coding from an older event). Maybe you and Kitalpha Hart have a dynamic IP - These get assigned by the internet provider whenever you connect to the internet and if someone else has the same provider, it's possible that he got assigned the same IP at some point in time.
But that's just a guess.

Edit: I looked it up and yes, you and Kitalpha Hart have been logged in with the same IP a couple of times in the past.

Lol, that's funny because I think I water bombed my mule once... Not entirely sure, I've hit a lot of users But I think I did bomb my mule or the other way around. You'd think we have the same IP, but maybe it's because I used different browsers?

Anyway, I've also had this "cannot hit this user" message, but I think they were 3 ranks up, so I assumed it's just how it is. (I think it was on my mule tho)

i just have to say, i'm incredibly grateful this event isn't as hard as the bee one was. it's a neat idea and i like it overall.

This looks like a lot of fun! I guess we'll see how it goes. :)

I love this new summer event. I'm enjoying the way it's set up and that it doesn't require you to post. I love seeing everyone's levels and love the concept of a water balloon toss. The items this year are wonderful.
I haven't been super chatty, but I had to stop in and let you know I'm really enjoying this event!
