Not entirely sure where to post these, but here are the FP amounts I've found while digging:
50FP10FPSo far, from what I've seen, the EXP gain and energy/happiness losses are pretty much the same as when finding materials.

I've found 1,000 FP in the digging area on 5 separate occasions. The pictures look the same though.

Everything has been updated.
I haven't posted up how many food points are found where because I'm not sure there is a pattern.
But thank you for reminding me to update what you can find when digging.

Well, so far, it seems pretty random to me. Just like materials.

I saw two people in Firn's hangout with capes. One person said her lower level knuffel found a cape for her.
And I haven't seen any other items yet besides the cape, I'm wondering if you find them in a certain order.

hi there! just so you know, I've found up to 200 fps digging! (twice) then the other amounts I've found were 10fps and 50fps(Many times).No avatar items found, and a few mats.I'll try to take a closer look next time ;)

JamBerry: It's possible, but we probably won't know until a few people report the order they got the items.
I'll try to pop by Ayame's thread sometime and see if anyone has dug up items lately.

I also know by looking at the announcement thread that people have been digging up 1000 fps.
Also my light knuffel at lvl 15 dug up the light staff earlier today. ^^;;
