Diaries! Tasty words

Fish, rice, and soup is pretty traditional for Japanese breakfast, isn't it? I forget what else though.

I don't it it on a daily basis but when I'm a on trip in a bed and breakfast I don't really have another choice.
And it's damn good too, just difficult for me as soon as I wake up.
It's usually fish, soup, pickles, rice, this is the basic one.
In some region they always eat fermented soy beans and in some other raw eggs with the rice.

Aren't people afraid of raw eggs? I'd definitely avoid these.

Nope, not at all. It seems they use a kind of chicken that's immune to whatever the name of the bacteria is and doesn't produce it. At least most of the time.
I still can't eat that, especially in the morning.

Yes! That one. Thank you. I don't know how I couldn't rememember it, the name is almost the same in french -___-
The thing that's really dangerous lately is worms in fishes, especially salmon and mackerel. Many people I know got it and it sounds scary.

You're safe if you don't eat it raw.
Which is, unfortunately, something Japanese people do often.
