I always have troubles with this because breakfast cultures are always so different from one place to another and I have no idea what can breakfast mean for americans -___-

I've eaten English breakfast, I've eaten German breakfast and French (since I am French) and now Japanese, even though it's hard on me as I seem to need sweets for breakfast.
Giving me fried fish and yoghurt to drink in the same meal makes me feel sick just thinking about it.

I can't think of anything else for the word so I'll just wait until next hint, if someone hasn't found it yet.

Fish and diaries are better to be avoided since they are a bit harsh on the stomach.
