I like anything lol. Just not anything over sweet. Like white or even milk chocolate.

(I'm getting close to enough donuts for the Heterochromia eyes. It's frustrating being close. Makes me super impatient but nervous...)

So if you like anything, but not anything over-sweet, why would the first thing that came to mind be candy? Lol that's so funny....

Also, do leftovers count as snacks? If you're snacking on them instead of making it a full meal, it's a snack, right? But... leftovers seem like their own category, not snack items...

That’s good lol. I was gonna get another set but I’m like meh now lol.

Candy is hit and miss. Some can be good but some can also be too sweet. I also like salty snacks.

Lol I have no idea.

There's a pickled potato dish I really like to nom on for a snack, but I'm pretty sure it counts as leftovers.

Well, I say "pickled" but it's really more of a potato relish.
It's like an instant pickle? You don't let it marinate for weeks or anything.
Um.
Descriptions are hard.

... Okay, let's do it this way.

You set your potatoes on to boil.
Then you pull out a pan and start popping mustard seeds in ghee, adding fenugreek and sesame seeds when it's about halfway through so they toast a little bit as well. Then you pour about half of that spice mix into a mortar and pestle and grind it up.

Potatoes should be done now; pull them out of the water and cut them into small chunks.
Stick them in a bowl, put ALL the spices in, whole and ground, as well as coriander, turmeric, lapsi powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Pour enough of the potato-boiling-water back into the mixed dish so it doesn't get too dry.
Chop a few olives, throw those in as well, and you're done.

So.... pickled potato? Or potato relish?

Your description made me think of potato salad at first but it seems to be very different.
Since I'm no nativ English speaker I can't say if it's pickled potato or potato relish but it sounds interesting... And like a little too much work to be a simple snack though ^^° but if it's leftovers it definitely counts
