I wonder if Grog's candy caravan event has actually served its intended purpose of trying to bring more activity to the forums again, or if the sudden quiet when he leaves evens out the benefits he brings.

i tried to make a log of it for myself. i averaged around 60-100, give or take anyone actually posting after me lol. xD

To be fair, I've never been really active except in the spam forums for the purpose of earn gin donuts. Which had stopped when Knuffel got introduced as I usually get my donuts from digging.
So for me at least it does make me post a lot more than I would without it.

Nope. I was talking about food. Sorry, looks like I made a typing mistake.
In my first years I only posted for food, then I stopped posting because digging was a better way to earn it and now I'm posting again because I'm after donuts.

Oh, yes, that makes sense now.

I definitely find incentive to post when Grog visits, more than I would normally, but I think my average posting rate has still gone down on the whole.

Although that might just be a natural personal development instead of any response to KofK changes.

We've both been there for quite a while so it'd make sense that our lives would change as well.

I was confused when I read that part about donuts and digging, but to be honest, it would be awesome if it was like that.
I log in daily to dig and then have a quick look at the forums before I leave the site again most of the time without posting.
I try to post more now to get donuts (as we all do) but mostly in the avatar forum
