It feels kinda weird to open a new topic for this and the people I talk to are usually hanging out here so I wanted to wish everyone a happy new year. I wish you a lot of good things for the upcoming here and I hope we'll be able to talk a lot again

I always wonder how long it is appropriate to say "Happy new year" and when to stop ^^°

I think people only really say it the first couple days. After that it's back to new day same shit
Unless there's been some sort of vacation, such as school. Then they'll say if then to each other

Mom always said until the end of January is OK but I have always felt it a bit long.

Altho, Chinese New Year is diff lol.

All of our other holidays last 2+ months, I think it's safe to do "Happy New Year" for all of January. They had Valentine's Day stuff out right before Christmas.
