i think a factor that came into play for the lowered price was when the body part shop came out with lips

Sorry i wish I could find the post in the price guide where the burning lips was reported so I could give an accurate date all I remember is that it happened a while ago

yer that's exactly why I was surprised lilandra! I check the priceguide quite often,and remember checking out the lips less than 2 weeks ago(can't remember when exactly but I've been wondering wether to sell mine or not,so it must have been not far ago) and they were at 40K more or less. So as Lilandrasaid,many people must have sold it at that price for it's range to be so lo O_OU

I know the price guide isn't carved in stone, but I'm just surprised somebody was willing to sell it that cheap,since its an old MT o_OU

It depends on the seller (I traded my icy lips for a claret jester hat so it's not that surprising to me)

actually that price has been that way for some time now ^^; and i think it's exactly in a way as Charstar stated, several ppl were trying to get rid of those at the same time, and because of that the price dropped.

Not only do we have a cheaper store item that sells red lips, but now we've also got the valentine '10 lips that are red as well. So in a way the demand for the item has dropped as well :/

As soon as the lips were released in the new shop the demand for them dropped a ton, and once the Valentine set came out with those lips, the demand for the burning lips became basically nonexistent sadly D:
I think they're the best lips on the site, by far.

As for the Ice Lips begin traded for a Jester Hat, well that doesn't surprise me at all because the Ice Lips were only sold for no more than 30k and that wasn't for long once people started getting them and realizing how different and somewhat weird they are.

however at some point i want them myself just to have XD
