In Holland you have carrion crows. I had never seen a hooded crow as far as I can remember. But holy shit, Berlin is crowded with them. xD

In East Germany wild hooded crows may appear. In Western Germany you may encounter carrion crows. I don't know which part Bavaria is in?

See. Nihal doesn't even look at birds T.T You go out now and look for crows until you find one and then you tell me if it is a hooded crow or a carrion crow. Rooks and ravens do not count. You hear me?

Yeah Bavaria counts to the west but it is still pretty much in the east. Geographically. That's why I'm asking.

And I feel really stupid, but I don't think I've ever seen a rook. I have no idea how to recognize them. ._.

There should be ravens in Germany. Although I've never seen one here. I always thought I saw them. Until I realized those were rooks >.>
I think it's easy to recognize them by their bills. Huge and grey ^^;

Hahaha sounds like me ages ago. I was so convinced my schoolyard was flooded with crows. Until I found out they were 'just' jackdaws. xD
Back then I didn't realize how important jackdaws would be to me some day. I was 12 or something. xD

Wild ravens here are really, really rare. Close to not at all.
Wikipedia says there should be rooks here, but I've never seen any of them...

I have really no idea if i have not mixed something up. And no i won't go out to hunt them down. xD
