Battling my depression by redoing our guest room into my art room. I was so in need for a place to be creative again. :}

I feel that. I don't have a proper desk for drawing anymore since I'm half in storage. My computer sits on a tiny end table in the corner, my scanner sits on a mini-bookshelf that holds my art supplies, and I sit in a rocking chair.

Hugs, Demonskid. I lost a parent two years ago. It sucks. A counselor can really help with dealing with that kinda thing, I'm glad you have a good one.

Dream: I battle the worst of my anxiety by cleaning.. and if the anxiety is pretty bad, I rearrange crap.. which causes me to over do it.. >A<


Ashe: xD Sounds like me. My monitor is on this old tv stand. My tower WAS on this stand, but i moved it to the bottom shelf of my anime dvd shelf. (had to cut a hole in the back for all the cables. >w>) My printer and consoles are on my tv stand, and my tv stand is held up by old shelf plates and milk crates x'D

I no longer see cables going across my floor or ceiling with this set up. Now to get my youngest cat Sebas to stop messing with flashdrives I plug in for whatever reason. >-> he's space is the shelf above the tower... Doesn't like Panda-san being up there either, constantly pushing that poor plush to the floor.

I found out after mom passed, that my father passed in 09.. the jerk left me nothing >:x probably forgot I existed.

My anxiety also makes me want to clean like a crazy.

It is moments like this i am extra happy my mom pulled through four years ago, I would have been a complete mess if she had died. :}

My IRL friend said she was so proud of me and mom..
Mom was always such a mess, but she had her affairs in order for when she passed, and I did everything I was suppose to do and handled it well.. except for what comes with anxiety and stress and depression and such.

And huzzah for adaptive peeps! The kitchen sink hasn't been used in nearly twenty years when I slinked in here. It's clogged from dust and who-knows-what that various versions and brands of Dran-O can't clear, so I disconnected the pipes and got a 5gal bucket under the sink whenever I do dishes. Hiring a plumber is on the savings account to-do list. XD

So I had a dr appointment today with one of my many doctors. On the way back I had Pat as my taxi driver. This guy talks a lot, very social person and friendly. Well.. a small caterpiller was dangling by its silk thread from a tree and some how ended up in the car.. I kept trying to get Pat's attention as I watched this white fussball land on his back. Finally I managed to get his attention to tell him that he had a caterpiller on his back and he freaked. "Get it off get it off!" xD We then named it Floof.

I got it off his back, we took pics, and then I released it on a tree outside my apartment.
