I make it a rule to not listen to the radio station that plays Christmas music each year until after Black Friday. Because they start playing that stuff at midnight on November 1.

I've noticed Christmas stuff out sooner this year too. It definitely dampens things when it seems like its there for a lot longer. I have some coworkers that were listening to Christmas music since November 
I recently reverted to Islam so I can't celebrate Christmas anymore(it's difficult when I've celebrated it 24 years of my life.)
I'm so sad about the rice cooker, I hope you can afford a new one soon!

I should be able to order one in February. Amazon has payment plans for the one I'm looking at, so it all depends on my finances in Feb.
I'm doing good. started a new art project, been awhile since I worked on anything.

I dont have a rice cooker at home. I just make my rice on the stove. I dont mind doing it like that. I used to have one years and years ago
I like the bookmark. I love roses 
I've been crocheting lately. Making shawls, hats, blankets, etc. It takes up my time and I enjoy it. I've also been trying to embroider and its so difficult!

I just don't like how it turned out. I'll do another one later. I have 2 different patterns for the small book marks and one larger bookmark pattern.
