@jennifer: I have 1; I've been trying for a few months to get her a friend because i heard it's better to have 2 instead of one but no such luck
my female hamster ate the male and then ate the babies -_- it was very vicious i don't know what made it act that way..

Honestly my sister squeezed it too tightly and killed it x_x

Hey everyone! *waves*
I just wanted to point out...for the Doughnight set, you have the total set at two fc, but if you add all of your individual prices together it comes out to be more than that (around 20-25k). Is there a reason for that?

That reminds of my sister's hamster Becky that always managed to escape the cage somehow and I went to catch her.
I even invented a certain "grip" to pick up and hold hamsters in a way that is neither hurtful to them nor gives them the opportunity to bite one's hand (which they like to do if you catch them
).
When Becky died, my sister got a new one - Jessie - who died, too. We're not completely sure what happened, but we often saw her climb on the roof bars of the cage and once we heard a loud slam and found her lying on the back on the floor of the cage, so we assumed that she fell and got hurt. She died shortly later. Poor little girl.

I agree! I think all animals should have a friend, if you own one of something... Or else it would just be lonely :(
Omg!! @.@ I never heard of that! But that's so terrible of the hamster to do that! Poor things *looks at dead, eaten hamsters*
Maybe the male and babies made it mad or something...? x'D
