I finished all the report cards today yaaaaaay~~~~
The world is a brighter place

Also I gave my students back their essays today and watched some of them deflate as they face the consequences of their lack of effort a good moment

aww poor kids. xD i guess......they deserved it lol

Yup yup~ Some students got really good marks though! Honestly they're all good kids, just some clearly value school over others, which is pretty normal haha

Yup you get the goodd and the bad lol. XD or mischievous lol.

Sometimes I get angry at them cuz they're being so unhinged. But then I remember myself in high school and how little judgement skills I had ROFL

Yeah I guess if you ever get mad or frustrated, just put yourself in their shoes.

It works about half the time. Unfortunately, some students ARE just disrespectful brats, and there's nothing you can do but try to NOT give them extra attention

Yeeesh. Kids. But I suppose it’s natural that not all kids are good.

I'm about to graduate college. I also Substitute teach in my local area, and I tell them all that one of the only things that people can't take away from them is their education so they know I'm not playing when I tell them to work on their assignments lol.

The degree, maybe, but they can definitely lose what they learned. "Use it or lose it", as the saying goes and as I found out after digging out my old highschool math books to prep for going back to college next year. Lawdy, I has the dumb these days. Had to have a refresher on how to add when multiplying, for cheese sake. XD
