No. If you donated the 2.50 and indicated your username clearly in the donation box, you'll get your Angel Set as soon as Firn next gets on.
However, for those that don't have the money/Paypal to donate, there's an alternate way to get the Monthly Treasure. If you save up 10k FP, that is.
