Haven't been posting so much, because my mood isn't the best, and that makes it harder, but I've been lurking. And that's all you need to do for troth tokens.

Routines are like that; when you don't have one, you crave the peace and tranquility of a solid routine. When you have them, you crave the stimulation and freedom of an unscheduled lifestyle.

Or maybe that's just me.

Anyhow.
I second Kuuki, hope you are getting adequate sleep!
You get hugs from me :qh:
And a lot of sympathy because I'm on so many different avatar sites exactly because it works (worked?) as therapy.

As for routines, I would thing some people wouldn't function well without one and some people would go crazy with one but for me it's probably how you describe it too.
I usually break my routine with trips but this past few months I have only gone to the same places and thus a routine is created in this places as well.
Lately it's been art exhibitions that I've been using as a form of adventure but they've all required advances reservations so there's no spontaneity either.

We're not getting fragments by posting either so I'm pretty sure it wouldn't work.

I'm also a cat about routine: I crave the structure, but I also resist the prison of it. Right now I need a little structure so I can manage time better.

I just make random plans to not daze the day away.
Recently husband was away for a bit and if he's not there my routine is thrown out of wack. So I did make plans, in one day I would do at least 1) something that would bring me out of the house and 2) some kind of cleaning I couldn't do when he was there.

Worked like a charm. I had a blast.

Kuuki, thanks for the hugs

I haven't been to an official art exhibit in ages, but the local artists' guild has a program with the local Chamber of Commerce and so a lot of the public businesses essentially have free art exhibits going on all the time, featuring local artists. They tend to rotate the artwork periodically, so even if it isn't official, at least it is art....
But you do inspire me a bit. Maybe it's time to hit the galleries.
