You are lucky. I am giving up soon because I need to sleep as I have an early start. I only have 1020... as of this anyway so I figure I am not getting the Knuffel.

The problem with some of those digging suggestions is people who have a lot of Knuffel, can take advantage of some of those things. It's a hard thing to balance for people who are new. It sucks. It's one of those things you gotta build up as you play the game. This is why I feel like the chatting would be best adjusted because everyone is kind of on the same playing field, just depending on how much they want to chat.

I wish people luck trying to get what they can before the event is over! :qh:

I think even if you do not like to socialize ... which I really don't in REAL life, but on here is different ... there is always the word game and spam forums - but I can't remember if those earned points for the event or not soo ... maybe that was a moot point. Or even just post a simple "Hello, how is everyone?" here and there in hangouts. :mctongue: :mctongue:

I think it's okay if it's easier for more established users to do well in events, because it's kind of an encouragement for newer users to stick around. I remember being so happy first time I ever collected all the items from an event while it was still going, like it was a big achievement.
But also those of us who were around for longer can be generous to help out new users where we can :mcwink: even if just by chatting to them, telling them tricks to get points quicker, and so on. Selling items cheap in the marketplace later too. Not that you can force anyone to do that, but I think it contributes to making the site a place where more people will want to stay and thus means it's likely to be around for longer.

I got to 1202 by the end. I quite a few donuts and 8 coupons.
Hopefully, we get an actual Christmas event this year. Last years was disappointing and I felt like I didn't earn the items.
