That's horrifying. Do they make you take the test in busy cities? They do that to us. They even changed the location of mine at last second.

The United States. They combine the testing areas with important government buildings like RMVs. Usually RMVs are in places where a lot of people can access them since you need to go there for a bunch of ID and Ownership paperwork as well as permits.
