If it didn't make me so sick, I would gladly have predominantly cheese meals.

That sucks :(

I think I'm sort of allergic somehow. It's hard to explain cause as a baby to kid, I couldn't handle pretty much any kind of milk at all (soy, full cream, etc). I had to have this special horrible tasting formula crap. But then I somehow at one point could have full cream milk.

But now I'm nearly 27 and I think cause I slowed down on drinking it, it kind of gives me bloating and feel sick so now I'm on lite milk.

But isn't a lot of cheese lactose-free? I think especially the cheese types that had a lot of time for ripening are free of lactose.

My mom used to buy this block of cheese and I'd just eat it how it was xD
I also eat grated parmesan out of the container u8

I had Swiss once. My dad owned a deli and I helped him prepare food for customers. He loved this one sandwich that had Swiss, so I tried it. Didn't like it xD;

When my family goes to Subway, I just eat sandwiches with cheese.
My dad said "That's not a sub, that's a cheese sandwich >8u"

I watched this show about making cheese, and the guy said "Now that it's done, it just needs to ripen for the next 6 months 8D"
And I was like daaaaaamn 8u

Lady River, there was a short time in my teens when I was full fledged, tongue swell up allergic to ginger. Now I can eat it so long as I don't mind my gall bladder freaking out on me. And as a kid I was fine with it too.

Huh. I don't know. I just know I get a tummy ache from it too now.

I just looked it up and apparently Alpine Cheese, Cheddar, Gouda, Parmesan and Raclette cheese are usually lactose-free.
I am not sure how it is where you live, but at least here, a lof of products are also labeled as "lactose free", also with cheese.

My brother is allergic to ginger though my sister didn't believe me when I said... cause there's this peanut sauce that has powdered ginger in it that we all like and my brother can have that but I'm guessing he reacts to it somehow just ignores it cause he likes the sauce.

But like I told her to ask mum and mum said yes he's full on allergic.

I only know cause mum told me when she made him a gingerbread house once when he was a kid, he had a reaction.

tbh I think it's the fat content of the milk, I'm not sure what it is for me really. I can eat ice cream good. And the cheese I do like. I'm just not a huge cheese fan.

I think all the cheese loving genes went to the rest of my family.

I do like swiss though. It's just not entirely my thing.
