That makes even less sense o_o Perhaps you do give that impression that you'd enjoy plushies. I mean, I definitely as tempted by them myself but I greatly dislike objects without a function and things that collect dust. They exacerbate my allergies and I don't really have a place for them. At the moment my 3 (rather large) plushies are sitting on top of my drawers.

I get upset when I see them with dust on. Other stuff you can clean off but those get all complicated with the dust settling into the fur. So then I feel sad about it.

We do have a lot of them now. So maybe everyone decides I must want more because I have so many. but I only have so many because you guys bought me them jeez XD I do like them when I get them but then sometimes I think, actually I would have preferred something from my wishlist that I put together. I know a plushie might be cheaper than some of the things on there but then just save up the money and get two plushies' worth next time lol XD

Aha, I feel you on jewelry. I've only recently (about this year) started wearing them, and only simple necklaces (like a pendant on a black cord or silver chain). People occasionally give me jewelry, but unless I really like it, I rarely wear it because I don't really wear accessories.

I had a friend who gave out keychains that look like cute brass knuckles to some of his female friends for one Christmas. XD

The guys in my gang don't really give gifts to girls unless they're a girlfriend or love interest, though.

I enjoy giving gifts myself, but I'm inconsistent with it.


I understand you guys a bit about plushies. I feel like they are a lot of trouble to clean if you ever let them collect dust.

I end up having to put them on delicate wash every so often but their fur is never the same again ;-; Sometimes I take them out for a bake in the sun to kill anything (if there's anything in there). I have this great fear that bugs hide in the fur.

Don't people from your friend group chip in to buy something big? It's a very common thing in my group. We always give one large gift, instead of many small ones :3

What about birthdays Mika?? I was really happy when a dude friend got me 2 of his favourite books. Tbh, everyone is hard to gift unless there's a list or I've been outright told.

Yeaaah, I totally get what you mean.

Oh, we do that sometimes, yeah.

We usually just all go out to eat and pay for the birthday person's meal on their birthday. There's usually a card and cake, but gifts aren't always consistent. It might be due to the large size of the group.


Since we're speaking of plushes, btw, do you guys have a favorite that you own?

How large is your group of friends? We're consistently 8 per outing. We're actually 10 altogether but 2 of them don't get along with everyone so they come to selected events.

Uh, not really. I suppose my alpacaso is pretty cute. The fact that I haven't thrown them away means I value them to some extent. How many soft toys do you own altogether out of curiosity? I've have tonnes over the years but I do throw them out except the three I've kept. I don't buy any myself.

We always have people coming in and out, but I'd say we have around 15 regulars. The group size of our outings constantly vary though. Depends on the outing, I guess.

I don't keep count of my soft toys. From what I have displayed in my room, though, I have two customized dragon plushies (based off of the dragons I own on Flight Rising), a Link plush, a knitted pokeball plush, an OC plush someone from here gave me, a Finnick Tsum Tsum, and a Waddles (Gravity Falls) plush. They're all wrapped or put into some form of casing though.

I have a frog toy that's filled with sand, not fluff, and it's very precious to me. One of my uncles gave him to me when I was five --I think I named him Tommy. Or Timmy?

I also value all handmade and gifted plushes, of course. And my snake plush collection. I can't display them because they disturb my mom, but there's a two-headed snake, and a rattle snake with a bell for a rattle.

Handmade plushes sound cute. I would definitely value those but I don't have anything handmade. Are yours on the smaller scale? Mine are the size of my torso so they're not easy to keep around.
