I really wanted to do a dinner party for Halloween. J said there was no point and I was really sad about it. The day before I think he realised how much I wanted to do it and he was sorry he didn't ask around if people would come, but it was too late. Next year I'm doing it even if only one person turns up, I swear.
You should totally do one if that's what you want, even if it is just for the two of you! Halloween isn't really thing here, so I never even thought about that. I could give into my baking passion for Halloween though and made lots of pumkin Halloween treats for the dogs. I even baked a pumpkin pie for them!

I would love to have a better mixer though. The one I have is rather cheap and while it can mix fruits well, it always had trouble with vegetarbls. But good mixers are sooo expensive!
