True, it was super sweet coming home from work to a plate overflowing with cake slices c':
I'm making her eat her fair share though and I took a few slices to work with me today to treat my boss and colleagues so that's a few slices down too
I'm doing pretty good overall with the healthier choices so all in all it'll be fine for my goals, hopefully haha

Ah, yes, treating other people to some cake is a good way to make sure it gets enjoyed and not old :)

We have apple pie for sometime later this week because J has somehow managed to make it through 29 years of life without ever eating one.

Toten! I know this is totally random and out of the blue. Like I debated five times over with myself of whether or not I should say something and if this would be weird 
But here I am....
I was shopping yesterday because I finally saved enough money for a mini backpack I've been wanting for forever. AND...I saw this backpack and like it just kind of reminded me of you and something you would absolutely love. Like it just screamed your aesthetic for me.
Loungefly is my favorite high quality backpack making company and these backpacks are actually vegan leather and really durable. It's a little on the pricey side, but all my backpacks have been worth it from them. Anyway I sound like an infomercial.

I am obsessed with stitch so like I've had my eye on it for so long. I actually used to work for the disney store in my town so my room is just....filled with stitches lol. But that's besides the point, I just thought that if someone saw something pretty from a character I love I would want to know about it. I hope this isn't too out there to do

Yeah, his parents just neglected him apparently. He's never had cherry pie either. Up until we got together he'd never had ANY type of pie so at least we are making progress.
Actually there are many 'new' experiences I subjected him to that I thought every single person in the country would have had already. Like hearing the music of a certain band for the first time, when that band has had multiple #1 singles that stayed in the charts for months and became staples of any disco, DJ set, pub background music, etc etc. I don't know if he actually existed before we met sometimes.
