Just finished Ellen's romance, so cute :)
I'll need to reload before the valentines to do the friendship as well though.
But for now I should go to bed :D

Also, sorry about the late reply, I was kind of... busy with Ellen ;)

I kind of liked how different Damien's route can turn out though.

ooh, which videogame are y'all talking about? is it a dating sim? all this talk of routes makes it sound like a dating sim :mcsmirk:

i remember you said you spend a couple of hours every day sometimes, reading fic, Doki. what i forgot to say at the time was SO DO I. i read heckin loads of fic and it's almost all i read for leisure, everything else is for class. also i write fic. i want to write heckin loads of fic but i uh i'm a slow writer.

i looked at your lolita wardrobe challenge and i love that pale checked coat with the lace trimmed sleeves and collar so much! i really wish i could afford lolita fashion but i can't pay for all the shipping and nobody sells it here :mcsad: i don't know if i'd be able to afford it without the shipping either tho if i'm being honest.
ooh, and the sparkles in your hair are lovely too! and the heart-shaped handbag :mcsquee:

We're talking about Magical Horse Diary, its very cute c;

Reading fic is super relaxing for me, its basically my preferred free time activity because I just love to read in general ~
I used to write myself but haven't in a while, the muse really needs to strike and I'm also a slow writer. I also left the fandoms I used to write for a long time ago. In the end I always prefer to do the reading more than the writing cause its easier haha

Its definitely one of my faves, so warm, so cute TwT
I get most of my wardrobe secondhand, really saves costs! Nobody sells lolita in Belgium either, I always have to buy it online and I think I've only managed to buy directly from a brand once. Literally everything else in my wardrobe is either secondhand brand items or offbrand :P

i looked it up, and it does look cute :mchappy:

yes!! i actually prefer reading fics to anything else even though i used to read a lot of original fiction. it's definitely easier to read and i'm also a very slow writer! but i have a bunch of fic ideas that i really just want to sort of release. i'm trying to be more disciplined and also a faster writer. i can't say it's working so far :mcheh:

ohh! i should try that. where do you recommend buying from? i'm assuming you buy online?

I love the low engagement fanfiction requires. You already know the canon, the story, the characters. You can just dive into it with less focus and need to take in all the information. Just pick a theme/characters you want to read and off you go, all fun cx

Haha I have some stories in my head but I actually prefer to commission other writers to write them out for me c':

Literally reading a commissioned fic right now in fact :P

All online yes, and I recommend taking a look at Lacemarket (a platfrom for people to sell their stuff, I have a 'shop' there too) and there are also some reseller sites like this one and this one where you can find items that are from chinese shops. The latter are priced slightly higher than the source shops, but that's because for international byers the chinese shops require a shopping service, so my-lolita-dress and glitzywonderland have prices that reflect that extra fee.

For a beginner I definitely recomment Lacemarket the most, these days you can score a nice dress and blouse etc for fair secondhand prices. Maybe you can even find sellers from your country so the shipping won't be so high!

I'm not even into lolita fashion, but dang, cute stuff! And so many different style categories...

Yeah, the pink wouldn't be for me :D

I just scrolled through the style categories and based on what they showed opened up the gothic, aristo and casual categories ;)
I'd probably go for something quite dark or something very colourful, no pastels ;)

Pretty much half my wardrobe is pink and I love me some pastels esp mint and yellow :P

But my latest two purchases have been reds, and I do love warm browns to make more casual outfits with c:

My next two wardrobe posts on insta that I have as drafts are both pinks haha but I do pride myself on having a wide range of shades, I don't want to be someone who has 10 pink dresses that when you hang them up they all look the same... my prints are very different as well as the shades. I do need to be able to say that they're different dresses o;
