KC has books? XD
I don't think I would want to put one of those on my car hood. The poor guy would get plastered with buggies. >_<;
and the braking factor. Someone could steel it too. This reason is why you don't see hood ornaments any more. XD

Buy one of those glass cases you display collectables in, and put them in there.
The weirdest thing my mom has in ours is two Coke bottles: One from Mexico, and one from Israel, with the logo in the country's native language.

I should send her one of my Coke bottles. I have one from Egypt. =3
LOL for the most part, if Chris and I ever move in together, he would not like to see one of those things around the house. XD But if I ever have a home office set up I would totally buy one for it. =3 I think I like the one of him bending over with the oyster/clam. X3 I saw that one in the store and people could take it as a mermaid if they just glance at it. XD

Once she got over the shock of being sent something over the Internet, I'm sure she'd be flattered.

I love Egyptian mythology, don't know much about the country as it is today.
If you could negotiate it being in the office, and the office being yours to do whatever you want with, he'd probably agree with it. An ocean-themed office would be pretty cool, honestly. ^^

I love Egypt too! I was there on a school trip with my collage. Its was the most amazing trip ever. It was shocking to see how HUGE the temples and every thing are! But what I learned most about was people who live there and the cities and Towns. A lot of the places did not have windows and doors, they kept most of there stuff on the roof in some area. So it kind of looked junky in some areas. Driving there (we were in a tour bus) was CRAZY!! Cars drive like a foot away from each other, no traffic lights or anything. Its complete chaos and yet there is not a scratch on any of the cars! O _ o; The people there are really nice. Well they go from trying to swindle money off you to just really nice. Like before I went to Egypt I never had any guys want to talk to me, flirt with me, or anything. But they were all nice and interested in me and about where I cam from. (mostly because they want to marry a rich American female) but it gave me a nice little confidence boost that there are guys out there that like me. XD; Its less crazy when you get out of Ciro and head down. I got to experience temperature of 112 degrees for the first time in my life in Luxor. It was not that bad because the humidity there is 7%. XD But it was crazy to me how the sun light seemed to fill every shadow.
LOL Sorry, You said you didn't know too much of the contry and I felt the need to share my experience there. >_>;
I don't know if I will ever have a home office. I tend to like to work in front of the TV and I don't think we will have two of them. Maybe not for a while anyway.
LOL all merman themed office. Chris would hate me. XD

Hey KC.
It's been a while. (Or at least it feels that way.)
I've been very very busy working in the galley lately. (Don't know why, but that amuses me for some reason.) I have yet to see a paycheck. ^^;
I know I'll see it, but I'm getting impatient. Heh.
I'm leaving in a few minutes. >.>" I think the toughest thing is they can't tell me when my shift is over. It's over when I'm finished with my work. Ah well.
Hope things are going well for you. =)
