My anxiety just causes me to have IBS issues.. I gauge my anxiety by how bad my IBS is. x'D

i have a headache right now....had, for the past 2 days. QnQ dunno whats wronggg.

I just had to take a BC powder (which taste horrible) and it killed all of my chest pain which leads my hypochondria to believe that I may have been having a cardiac event. Yay! :)

Yeah, it's not lol. BC Powder is basically an aspirin and some caffeine in powder form so that it works faster than a pill equivalent to it.

I looked up natural remedies for headaches so I’ve been drinking turmeric tea. Now I think the headache might have been some lead up to my period lol. XD cuz now it’s gone.

Mine are so bad that I got three year long birth control. I've had the implant twice, once right after my baby was born and had it replaced recently. I'll have not had a cycle for six years once it's time to have this second one replaced.

I see. I’ve never taken specific drugs like that apart from maybe Advil or tynelol for pain. When I was younger, my cramps were so painful. Now I get more acne breakouts as a sign. XD
