I would show it off here, we would be happy to help you get it accepted! If you didn't want to post it on the forums yet, feel free to send me a pm.

I think what would really help would to have her hair grow from stage one. It feels kind of added like putting on a wig. I think adding just her shoes to stage two would help. I feel like the last three stages are good. Only thing I could suggest would be on stage 4 give her a pony tail half the final size.
You can wait to see what others say too.

It also looks like you have some pixels escaping the lines here and there.
In stage one, skin tones are leaking out in tiny little one or two pixels to the other side of your borders, nearly all the way around. I see some on her skull, on her ear, on the legs and arms...
In all stages, her left arm (the right one when we look at her) has a small amount of overspill on the underside of it, a little higher than where her elbow might be.
In stage two, her right arm (the left one when we look at her) has some yellow on the upper side, a little above her wrist.
In stage three, the shoes have bits peeking outside the black outline, and also the tights on her right leg (the left when we look at her)
In stage four, the shoes are still having trouble, and only one of the spots on the tights are covered by the new bands of yellow.
In stage five, the shoes are still having trouble.
I can't judge where you've got yellow and white as the borders. But you might want to zoom in a lot and go over all your edges carefully.

I blacked out the bg and cleaned up every single stray pixel I saw. If you see others, please help me x.x

Was there any rejection reason added?

Unfortunately since KofK inbox size is so small, all my market activity has gotten the rejection mails deleted x.x
Was hoping an admin would respond.

You know you can make it so that your market activity does not show up in your inbox...

Hm, let me see if I can't find that again.... it was some tiny little box somewhere, to alert you or not about things...
Okay, I can't find that one, but I *CAN* find where you change how it handles things if you have a full inbox:
Go to your messages, and on the left, it'll have this bit that goes:
Private messages
» Inbox
» Outbox (1)
» Sent messages
» Compose message
» Manage PM drafts
» Rules, folders & settings
Go to the "Rules, folders & settings"
Now, below the part where it lists rules, and lets you create/add/change/deal with folders, there will be this part:
Folder options
If folder is full:
Delete oldest messages
Move to folder:
Do not accept new messages (New messages will be held back until enough space is available)
Default action:
This action will be triggered if none of the above is applicable. Delete oldest messages
What you want to do is either create a folder and have the new things go into a new folder, or, if you think you get enough things to make another folder fill up also, click on the "Do not accept new messages" one...
They won't be deleted. You'll just be told you have new messages which aren't visible because your inbox is full.
So then you go through your inbox and delete or move the things there and tell it to release the new messages, and it will release as many as you have room for, and you can repeat that.
I'll keep looking for the other thing though, where your market activity isn't sent to your inbox.
