For one, the fingers have a point on them, like a sharp rock. You tried to round them out I'm sure, but because the hand couldn't be done in excessive detail, it ended that way.

Now of course perhaps you meant to have the eye visible through the hair covering it, but that gives me a message of confusion. The hair is there, no doubt, yet the eye is staring straight through it like it doesn't even exist. I think it would have been better if it wasn't drawn that way. Unless you were in fact going for a look of a friendly person, because you did manage to gain that.

Yeah those are all things because I'm doing traditional work. XD
For the eye thing If you look at people which hair covering the eye, sometimes you can see threw the hair if they have them hair. But not as visible there. If I was doing digital I would have liked to add a partly transparent layer over it do it looked like it was behind the hair. But I should have just not drawn the eye there i have to agree. XD I was in a bit of hurry when I made it. > w >;

You realize it's spelled "through" right? Threw, is past tense, to have thrown something. Through is like see-through, transparent.
