Yeah, they are! Especially since they really go by pokemon, not by evolution series. Like, I met a bisasam master and wouldn't let me challenge him with my bisaflor. And I was like - why the heck would I train up a bisasam and not let it evolve??

My pikachu is like over level 70...and over four of those levels were reached only by strolling with my pikachu in its pokeball lol. One time, when I was out strolling with him, I came back and he leveled up twice lol.

Yes, I do! It's my mother tongue and a lot of people here who started playing as a kid know all the pokemon by their german name, so it makes sense. It's not like english is the original language in this case ;)

My pikachu is somewhere in the 70s as well, I think. I gained a lot of those levels chaining stuff for bonbons... :D

Ahh I see..XD I don't really know the names of the Pokemon in any other language except maybe Japanese...xD;; Because I used to watch the series in Japanese with subtitles...xP To be honest, some of the Japanese names sound waaaaay better than the English alternatives. Although some are like reaaaaaaaaally straightforward. Like Moltres is Fire or something...xP

I don't chain much, even when I used to play it. I don't have the patience for it pfffffffft...xP I'm the "Gotta catch 'em all....o wait, got them all, I'm done!" XDDDDDDDD;; Besides, Let's Go Switch only covers the First Gen. so it won't be able to hold my interest for very long, since my favourite Pokemon is Lucario. I don't even have a Pikachu plush but I DO have TWO Lucario ones and a small Mega Lucario figurine by my bed! XD;; At one point, I was really tempted to buy the TCG, just for the chance to get a Mega Lucario card loool! So yeaaaaaah, I completely lost interest after the Elite Four. XP
