I do landscaping for my work for the dole (welfare).

So um yesterday we planted hibiscus plants and when I took a break and sat on the pavers near the others a crowbar (long one) which was in the ground fell and hit my forearm

I'm okay just sore, bruised. No fracture or broken bones. I had an x-ray.


No bruises have shown up yet though

Ouch :I Does it hurt a lot or can you do your daily activities just fine?

Done with SAT .-. Gah. It was really... unexpected. I didn't answer quite a lot of questions QnQ But unanswered questions get no points off while wrong answers are .25 deducted.

Talking about bruises, I have this big, black, purple, now becoming red, bruise on my knee from ice skating. Totally worth it xD

it still kind of hurts to lift heavy things

I have to ice it 20 min, then 40 min off..

Of course you shouldn't lift them!! :o
