That sounds hilarious.
I live rural, but I do find it weird that one street over has an HOA. I should have kept the copy of the HOA contract/rules when they sent it to me. But honestly, I don't think it's that strict cuz some of the houses in the hoa area are eccentric.

Still, we also get certain stereotypes here in canada. Like my cousin from america once asked me where all the moose were. And i was like “8U???”
Like i think she was expecting moose or polar bears to walk down the road or something…8u like srslyyyy. You def won’t see that here in ontario lol. XD;;

LMAO I get see a ton of wildlife where I live, but glad we don't have too many dangerous animals. We have coyotes, but I haven't seen them in town before. Bobcats are in my state too, but I personally have never seen one. I pass by a group of wild turkeys almost every day and that makes me happy.
Once I was walking in the park and one of the baseball diamonds that is right on the edge of the forested area that has all the hiking trails just had a bunch of deer. I watched this guy just completely oblivious to them walk by them which spooked both the deer and the guy. It was super funny.

ive seen deer here as welll. the most memorable time was when i was sitting on public transit, going through my city's university loop and there were deer just out on the green at the university, just chillin.
i also fed a wild deer before, but this was in america lol. xD
we've had tons of coyote problems here tho. 8u attacking humans and pets. some of these poor pets had even died during these coyote attacks. i've seen coyotes prowling around myself.

I haven’t seen those other animals as much here. Like I’d love to see a fox I think foxes are so beautiful. I mean I live in a city so I should be seeing some of the more city dwelling critters right? But nope. XD;;
