We had three young ones get stuck in a garbage can
Had dad go and get them out, I think he tipped it over and left them alone to scoot

That's probably the safest way to do it to be honest.

Were the rats at least cute from where you could see them?

Oh no they're scared! That's probably for the best survival wise though. I like rats more than mice. Mice are quick to bite but rats just run.

My mom wants to get rid of them. After all, they are pests and they’ll just keep making nests and breeding…8u better to get rid of them asap.

Yeah if you don't get rid of them quick they might multiply and become completely unmanageable.

Yeah. And management usually has those house-like looking mouse traps but they’re only around the townhouse property and not within the yards. So we have to deal with it ourselves probably. 8u

Probably but dealing with it in yards is tough because you don't want to put down a bunch of chemicals if you have pets or anything. I think there are some plants though that ward away pests like that naturally so you could try looking into that.
