Oh no that's tough, hopefully the day went smoothly D:
I find it a bit amusing that we went from "if you cough once stay home for a week!!" to "oh you tested positive? Come to work"

Yeah, it's crazy.
I mean, we are all vaccinated, but even so... Being careful would not hurt.
I did not go to work in the afternoon though, as I started to feel worse.
My fever has rised and paracetamol has not helped.
I went early to bed but now I'm up again because I'm feeling just as bad in bed as I'm out of it, so at least I'll entertain myself.
Get some quests done for example

The new quests are so exciting! I'm really loving this butterfly hairclip
My coworkers who had Covid also spoke about having fevers, luckily it doesn't last long if you're vaccinated! Ginger and honey are really helpful too, especially since a major symptom is the sore throat D:

I just did the quests, but I'm not trying the items cause I don't feel like changing yet.
Also I think it's a good moment to put some materials in the market, surely some people will be looking for something.
Yeah, my throat is not great.
But right now what's bothering me is that the medicine did not work.
If my pain keeps hurting I don't think I'll be able to sleep

Oh no that sucks D: are there any stronger meds available? Like nighttime Tylenol that can just knock you out at least

I don't have much at home, because well we are usually the healthy type and we hardly ever need meds.
But Tylenol is a brand name for paracetamol, I think, which is what I took. So.
I do have ibuprofen too, but I would rather wait a bit longer before taking.
I just don't want both medicines to overlap in some wrong way...
What I am doing right now is trying to refresh my body (with plain water) as often as I remember.
Hopefully that lowers my temperature enough to get sleepy. And after I'm aslept I'm sure I'll be feeling better.

You can never go wrong with water!
I dunno what your drug store Tylenol is like, for me the daytime ones do next to nothing while the nighttime ones are much stronger

Ah, so there is a "nightime" version?
I suppose it has something added to the paracetamol then...
It's hard to say because the brand names here are all different.
Anyway at this time of the night (23:28) I'm not looking for a pharmacy to buy anything, I'll do with that I have at hand.

Yeah here I usually buy this box:
https://www.tylenol.ca/products/sinus/t ... cold-sinus
imo the day version doesn't do much, but taking two night ones knock me out immediately and is Very Effective
Anyways hope you're able to have a more restful sleep!

Well, I managed to sleep quite a lot. Interrupted by heat - so I would wake up to refresh - but until very late.
Actually slept until 10:30 AM!
I still have a fever but my body is not aching so much, so I suppose the sleeping felt great.
