I am not too happy with stage changes that are more a "dress up" than an elution (for example: wearing underwear and then putting on pants. Instead of having small clothes evolve into bigger clothes), but I would probably still let it pass.
But I still think this OC isn't ideal for a Knuffel...

I realised (only after clicking create... genius) that I made a mistake in one of the images... is there any way to edit or change it before it gets to the person who checks the applications? I'm really sorry OTL!! For wasting your time ;-;
EDIT: never mind, it got checked.

Just for future reference: If anyone of you notices a mistake after having submitted a Knuffel - before it gets approved - please drop me a PM. PMs, Wild Knuffel, Feedback and Support Forum are always the first thing I check when I come online. I only check out other forums and threads when I have enough time, so I will miss such notes here easily and usually will approve a Knuffel before I have the chance to see any kind of note here.
(If you notice any kind of mistake after a Knuffel got already approved, the only person that can help you is starked)

Last I checked that's not against the rules.

Hey all, just recently I had submitted a Wild Knuffel which was rejected because of a "wrong concept of evolution."
The Knuffel that I designed was inclusive of growing horns, claws and tails aside from her outfit shows a growth of rank.
I was pretty sure it adheres to most of the rest of the rules.
Is there anyone I could PM to review my knuffel for advice? :/
Because there are some wild knuffels currently on that doesn't even have the horn thing and "Stage 1-4 are "dress up", not evolution."

Since I suck at explaining things I would be glad if someone else was also willing out to help here, but I will try to explain as good as I can:
The stages for which I rejected the Knuffel were mostly Stage 1-4.
Evolution-wise I see the following things here:
- Your Knuffel has horns in stage 1 that get a big bigger in each stage till stage 4.
- Your Knuffel has hair that grows slightly longer in each stage
- Your Knuffel has a tail that slightly grows bigger till stage 4.
- In stage 2-3 it has stockings that grow a bit bigger.
And that's all the evolution in these 4 stages. If there are any other evolutionary changes, then they are really small, because that is all I can see in the small preview I have.
All other things in which your Knuffel changes in these stages are completely different clothes it is wearing. The clothes aren't evolving elements: in stage your Knuffel is not wearing anything at all, in stage two it is wearing a dress, in stage 3 it is wearing a completely different dress again and in stage 4 it is suddenly wearing something armor-like. Only in stage 4-5 the armor it is wearing is consistent and seems to evolve. In the other stages it is like your Knuffel runs away, undresses, puts on completely different clothes and comes back again.
And that's it. Your Knuffel basically has only 3 evolutionary elements in a total of 4 stages: horns that grow bigger, hair that grows longer, a tail that grows longer. However, your Knuffel is supposed to have multiple big evolutionary changes in each stage! A big change would be your Knuffel having no horns in one stage and horns in the next stage. But your Knuffel starts out with horns and they only grow like 3mm in each stage. That is an evolutionary change, but not a big one, it is actually even hard to see the change at all in the small preview.
Basically your Knuffel doesn't evolve: It starts out as a girl with tail and horns in the first stage, and it is still a girl with tail and horns in the last stage.
My advice would be:
1.Toss the clothes change and start out with a very mineralized version of the final armor in the first stage. Like black undearwear in the first stage, and then add more and more details till you have the armor from the final stage. All this dressing up inbetween is not helping, because even though your Knuffel looks very different in each stage because of this, it is not counting towards the evolution.
2. Remove the horns and tail completely from the first stage, thus the change from stage 1-2 will become more apparent.
3. Skip a few of the "grow"-stages of horn and tail and hair. If your horns grow a few mm in each stage, you hardly notice the change at all. It would be better to let it the same length in two stages and then make a bigger change to it in another stage. We can compare the Knuffel next to each other, but someone who adopted the Knuffel sees it in one stage and when it evolves the next stage. I can't speak for everyone, but I know that, if I did not have them side by side, I would not notice that the horns grew slightly, thus, I would not see any change at all. The change it each stage is just way too small to be noticable.
4. Add more big evolutionary changes. I am sorry to say that, and I know it's a pain in the a** to think of more big changes, but just horns, tail and hair as big evolutionary changes don't seem enough for a total of 5 stages.

@Firn
Ah! Thank you for your advice here!
I'll take note and hopefully come in with something more satisfactory again.
Though, that said, I question some of the recent wild knuffels. But I'm in no position for that.
Thank you for the detailed constructive crit, though!
